Have never wrote a review but really felt people should know just how rude the staff are in the not so comfort zone. I have been three times the first time the receptionist did not give me any pre therapy advice which impacted on my treatment. They undercharged me and rang me up to ask if I would go back to pay the remainder of the bill...which I did the very next day. However when I rang the next time the lady on the phone asked if I had paid the money I owed them as if it had been my mistake. I was not best pleased as I would never not pay my way. The third time was the day before my wedding, as you can imagine I was rushing around and I was twelve minutes late. This was due to the difficult parking mainly. I apologised profusely explaining that it was the day before my wedding and I was really busy and I could find parking etc. The manager looked at me and said "your fifteen minutes late I will be cutting your treatment time". She continued to be rude stating she had other clients and she would just have to do what she could do and that was that. She did not speak to me for the whole hour I was in there other than to be very off hand when I informed her that I had just had my eyes brows waxed. She stated they should be done before a tan....I was not told this when I booked the treatments. Having the spray tan was the most uncomfortable I have ever felt in my life, her attitude was appalling and considering I was in a vulnerable situation standing there without any clothes on I cant believe how unprofessional she was. She did not smile once or make me feel at ease in any way. She made a very stressful day even more stressful and I spent most of the time close to tears. I would NEVER go back and would never recommend the comfort zone to anyone. Steer clear ladies.
PS .. considering the manager said she had other clients booked I was on the phone outside for ten minutes and not one person entered the building.
