I have bought an item from them a month ago, the item did not arrive and I requested a refund. However they do not respond to any of your emails or phone calls.

They are fraudulent people! Claiming they sent the item and not even telling you the delivery reference number or anything. They even say they would call back and they don't! DO NOT USE THEM EVER!
