The Reproduction Centre is a family run company established for nearly 30 years. They sell oak furniture and modern and traditional suites. They also supply and fit granite and quartz kitchen worktops as well as fire surrounds and gas and electric fires.

Bought a fire and fireplace from the now closed Middlesbrough branch, we have had nothing but problems with it, firstly a gas leak ( obviously didn’t do a drop test ) and now the fire won’t work, after eventually speaking to a rude member of staff the engineer just said it was a loose nut but still doesn’t work and no one will now answer the phone. Would never advise anyone buys from here. Disgusting after sales!!

They Fitted granite work tops in November but we have chips around the sink area that now need repairing and guess what getting a call back does not happen. I only been offered one repair service, a resign and I hope after a few calls that I get repair options and a beautiful sink again, people seemed to listen on phone but we still have more waiting .

Just Had a granite work top and sink lovely, but thats were it stopped, I was told they would be there between 12-12.30, I had to phone up at 1.30 was told the lads are just finishing there dinner and would be with me, 2.30 they arrived, when I spoke with one of the guys his response was "speak with the boss"
They finished fitting the worktop and sink looked lovely, apart from the mess, saw dust and chipping all over the kitchen and passage way, thought they had been cutting a few lats to level thing up, but no they had cut the plinths on the bottom of the units, looked like they had used an axe.
Spoke to the boss Glen waste of time, nice worktop and sink, rubbish service

Very bad service - would not use again. Wasn't able to obtain guarantee from manufacturer because correct tests on appliance were not undertaken.
