The lads turned up and loaded the van very quickly. I was pleased with the way things were going until the van broke down half way to Scotland. They eventually arrived 12 hours later and we had our furniture in the house by 22:30 that night. After unpacking we noticed that a draw from our TV unit was missing and despite several emails and telephone conversations we have continuously been fobbed off. Don't know where to go from here, other than pay a couple of hundred quid for a new unit.
Overall, good service but AWFUL aftercare/problem resolution.
