Very happy with the service from this shop. I took mt desktop in as I thought I had all of my pictures off my computer. this shop managed to find them. But advised me on an upgrade and the hard drive needed replacing. as I was confident on these guys ability after retrieving all of my photos I went ahead with it. I also decided tp upgraded 2 of my laptops aswell by adding solid-state drives and more RAM after their recommendation. Honestly, I didn't know what they were talking about, but they assured me it would make them like new plus better than ever. I could not have made a better choice. They now perform lots better than when they were new! It was all done within a day and a half. they also advised me to start making backups. so rather than sell me an external drive, they told me where I could buy an external drive as they had none in stock and they found me what I needed for the best price and sent me to Tescos to buy it. then showed me how to use it. to do my backups. I couldn't recommend this company enough! customer service first rate and unsurpassable.

Even though the lads couldn't fully diagnose the issue with my PC they did not charge me anything and gave some excellent advice. Nice friendly would highly recommend.

Fixed my Samsung s7 screen, got quoted from else where but other shops give me a no confident feeling but the people in kingfisher, made me feel welcome n the impression of a real professional company
My feeling war correct, the job was superb. Well worth paying this company to do a proper job

After updating to windows 10 iv had nothing but problems, I tried other places but I just ended up in the same situation, I went to this shop and they got it working how I wanted and even took the time to show me at my home where I was going wrong. They even removed viruses and proved to me what I had and explained how I got them, and advised me how to stop or reduce my chance of getting them. Im happy and very grateful.

I had an issue with the sewing, embroidery and printing machines in my office, at first i called to the shop at the bottom of the ramp and they wouldn't entertain me, then i went to platinum computers in lister street and they charged me £25 to tell me that they couldn't do anything
my dad used to use a shop in church street, so i drove down church street only to find these guys had moved directly next door in the old HSBC bank, i told the guy behind the counter my issue and he advised me to call him from my office and he would fix my issue over the internet remotely.
i took him less than five minutes to resolve and the guy was so patien with me in educating me on how to do ashared connection
They didnt even charge me all he asked was that i dropped some buscuts off for the staff, and i did, but i also left a tip... i could thank this business enough

perfect need i say more. i took my computer to these guys, they did exactly what i asked of them, plus more, several days later i managed to get a virus from trying to find the boxing of streamed sites, i offered to pay but they refused and sorted it intent minutes

The service was prompt, friendly and most of all competitely priced. I was pleased with the service and will use Kingfisher Computers again. Well worth a visit!

my daughter took her gaming laptop in to be fixed, he said he could fix it, it took him three weeks to phone, ( not ) we had to phone him, he couldn't fix it we collect it with screws missing, mucky, I would not recommend this company

My laptop came into kingfisher with a smashed screen. I was a bit worried about computer shops becauseI have tried others in the town and have been bitten! laptop cost me £700 so I needed to have it done. Spoke to Darren in the shop who fixed my screen in an hour!
Would highly recommend Kingfisher!

Amazing service I spoke to Darren on the phone who told me what I needed to do, brought my computer in for a free quote and In the end what I thought was going to be a nightmare job ended up just costing me £35 and I got it back the same day. 5 Star service lads well done.

Kingfisher were very helpful in helping to get my computer back on track. My computer suddenly stopped working and I didn't have any idea what to do. I gave Dave a quick ring and he explained all the posible causes of the computer not switching on. He came to my home at a time and date to suit me, in my case it was in the next half and hour. The problem turned out to be my power supply, there was no humming and arrring, he told me the facts and told me there and then how much it would cost. I was very happy with his quote and the job was done the same day for me, what could be better. I will be using kingfisher again most definately and will be telling all of my friends where to go for their PC Repairs
