Poor service and quality. Booked a table and were still waiting for our main courses 2 hours later. No table cloths or cutlery on the table and plates from starters weren't cleared. Dirty glasses, flat coke and no ice. Staff focussing on takeaways and regular customers didn't feel the need to apologise for the fact we were waiting so long. Plenty of other options in Hartlepool where the quality and service is superior.
