We used this company to move house. Some of our furniture quite literally ‘fell off the lorry’ because they didn’t secure it properly. It was smashed to pieces because of the fall. Other furniture was scraped and damaged due to being poorly stacked and handled. Some of our belongings have never been delivered including the drawer from under one of our beds. Over 1 year later and they refuse to provide any compensation or even say sorry. After ignoring us via phone and letter we went to the office a and they locked themselves in and refused to speak to us. I regret using this company and hope that others avoid them too. Disgraceful.
