Bought a fire and fireplace from the now closed Middlesbrough branch, we have had nothing but problems with it, firstly a gas leak ( obviously didn’t do a drop test ) and now the fire won’t work, after eventually speaking to a rude member of staff the engineer just said it was a loose nut but still doesn’t work and no one will now answer the phone. Would never advise anyone buys from here. Disgusting after sales!!
