ABSOLUTELY AWFUL DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE I got gel polish on my toes and hands late Thursday 19th July as I was going to a military Summer Ball Friday 20th July. I paid £34 for the gel polish which looked lovely but bu Friday when I went to the ball in Shrewsbury 2 of the nails had come off. I returned home Sunday and called the salon as soon as they opened Monday morning 23rd only to be told gel on natural nails doesn’t last!!! I went along to the salon during my lunch break to be told to go away! I have been back today went back today to be met with the worst abuts and customer service EVER and I wish I didn’t have to give even 1 STAR!! There was a young girl in thete with her Mum complaining as her daughters nails which she’d only just had done (acrylics) were ruined! They told her to get out as she was a BULLY! I will NEVER RETURN TO THAT SHOP AND MAKE SURE THAT ALL MY COLLEAGUES IN HARTLEPOOL BOROUGH COUNCIL KNOW HOW BAD THIS PLACE IS TOO! Not even an apology!!!!
