bought car from tones 24th June 2020 had faults was told would be fixed on collection of the car 26th June 2020 faults had not been fixed car was booked in 3rd July 2020 was told to leave to be fixed asked for courtesy car as had no transport was told i could not have one so i could not leave the car re booked 6th July 2020. went to tones 6th July 2020 mechanic came out to listen to the car whining noise from air con pump said there was nothing wrong with the car but i had 2 mechanics look at the car and they were from different garages came to the same fault air con pump i told mechanic this and he replied with he dosent care so i spoke to the manager he said the car would be looked at and give me a courtesy car get a call from tones 7th July saying the car was ready went to collect and asked what was done got told brake drums had been changed as a good will gesture and same again there is nothing wrong with the car no whining but the whining is still there and the belts and pump had not been touched this is very poor after sales when the problems were there before i got the car and not willing to correct the faults even with a 3 month warranty i will never buy a car from this dealer again and have to take this further to get resolved
