Absolutely over the moon with the replacement of our family headstone.
Daryl fully understood our frustration at a previous let down with another supplier, and from walking into his shop, empathy, perfection and professionalism was evident!
We had a template draft within hours, he even chased us up as he hadn't received the email - so kind and happy to help us! We immediately approved the template, it was perfect and a cremation headstone was fitted within one week - just 5 working days!
We then received a call to say it was fitted, go and visit, and then pay!
We were blown away, it's absolutely perfect and brought some closure to losing our loved one. Text on the front, pint glass and brandy glass on the sides.
In 2010, Daryl also did the headstone of my Nan and that too is still in prestige condition!
