I got my hair done recently I always get hight lights with low lights round the front but this time I felt her mind was someware else. She put lo lights all over I was so upset. I phoned and said my hair was really dark not like last time she reply ah just wash it in washing up liquid... That not the answer when I've just spent over £50 to get it done
