Bought a table over the phone. It arrived and the delivery man unpackaged it in the lorry. It was too big for the room and when we tried to return it they said we had to pay £30 to repackage it. We said this was never explained to us and we shouldn't have to pay £30. We offered to return the table ourselves but they've said we are barred from the shop and when we go back in with the table to take someone with us as no one there will speak to us!! We were up until now been loyal customers and have spent literally thousands with them and this is how they treat us the second we want to return something. I'd urge anyone to avoid them like the plague and go to one of their many many competitors who no doubt will treat you better than dirt on the bottom of their shoe.
