I booked a taxi from Hartlepool Catholic club on 21-2-15 for 11:20pm. It had not arrived by 11:30 so I rang and asked for an estimated time of arrival. The operator advised that it was in Catcote Rd and would be here in minutes. it did not arrive by 11:45 so I rang again. I was advised that it would be here soon. When I queried why the car had not arrived from around the corner in Catcote Rd I was given no reason, or apology. A car had not arrived by 00:05am. I rang and was told it was on its way again. The car arrived at 00:15, the driver advising that he had been given the job at 11:50. I will NEVER use this company again, and recommend that others follow my lead.
