I called Euro Security out to have a look at my house alarm which was beeping due to a fault on one of the senders that I had all ready removed, I was told that there was a call out charge of £75.00 which I thought was a bit expensive but as I would get a new sender fitted it wasn't to bad. An engineer arrived from there shop that was five minutes walk away from my house, pressed a few buttons that took about 15 minutes, he didn't have a sender in stock so they would have to order one in. I then received an invoice for £90.00 call out fee. I wasn't told about the VAT. I'm afraid to ask how much the labor charge would be and the price of the sender unit. I think this is daylight robbery and I would not recommend Euro Security for house hold alarms.
