I have bought all my wallpaper, and indeed my carpets, from Les Paynes in recent years and have returned on a regular basis as I find the staff will always go out of their way to assist. They are very pleasant and helpful, and indeed on one occasion when a particular wallpaper I wanted was not in stock and I needed it urgently, even offered to travel to the supplier to obtain it to ensure I got it in the timeframe required. I always try to support small businesses over the larger firms and confess I would not hesitate to give a negative comment if I felt it was warranted, however in respect of this particular store I can only again state that my own experiences have been extremely good.
