I missed an appointment due to the error of the person booking it and even when I offered to pay for the miss slot I was told the dentist would not see me again. When I asked to speak to the dentist himself they would not allow it. Only one at the practice I would use seems their receptionists make a lot of mistakes and the clients are the ones who suffer.
