MY ADVICE IS TO AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS. VERY VERY AGRESSIVE/ABUSIVE ATTITUDE OF MANAGER/OWNER.

I TRIED TO RETURN SUITS FOLLOWING MY SONS WEDDING THREE TIMES OVER THE SPACE OF TWO DAYS.

THEY HAVE A NOTICE ON THE SHOP DOOR STATING THAT THEY ARE UPSTAIRS DOING A WEDDING DRESS FITTING AND TO RING THE NUMBER OF THE SAID NOTICE AND SOMEONE WILL COME DOWN TO ATTEND TO THE SHOP.

AFTER RINGING THE NUMBER CONSTANTLY WHICH I CAN STATE JUST GOES TO VOICEMAIL. NO ONE ATTENDED THE SHOP. FINALLY I HAPPENED TO SEE THE MANAGER/OWNER AND HER ASSISTANT RETURNING TO THE SHOP WITH THEIR LUNCH.

I GAVE BACK THE SUITS AND SAID THAT I HAD TRIED TO RETURN THE SUITS THREE TIMES AND WAS NOT VERY HAPPY. "SHE STATED THAT ACTUALLY THE SUITS HAD TO BE RETURNED BY 10AM. MY ONLY REPLY WAS THAT AS MENTIONED I HAD TRIED TO RETURN 3 TIMES OVER THE PAST 2 DAYS.

THE SAID MANAGER/OWNER WAS SO RUDE AND AGRESSIVE TOWARDS ME THAT SHE EVEN FOLLOWED ME TO MY CAR SHOUTING ABUSE. I THINK NOT THE CORRECT ATTITUDE TO RUN A BUSINESS !!!!! 21-11-17

ABSOLUTLEY APAULING AND VERY VERY AGRESSIVE ATTITUDE OF THE MANAGER/OWNER.

Still having suits fitted and altered 3 days before the wedding even though they had been measured for in the shop.

I tried three times after my sons wedding to return suits. They have notice on shop door stating that they are upstairs doing wedding dress fitting. to ring number and someone can come down to attend the shop.

After three attempts at three different times on Monday and Tuesday to ring the number on the shop door which states that someone will come down to open it. I nearly gave up until I saw the manager/owner of the shop and the assistant returning with food after obviously being out for lunch.

I was told that ACTUALLY. the suits needed returning by 10.am to which my only reply could be that I had tried to return 3 times. She even followed be back to my car spouting abuse at me.
