I rang Ray after a recommendation from a friend about a problem with damp in my property, he called to see me when he said he would and explained the cause of the problem and what work needed to be done to solve the problem and how long it would take, Ray sent me an estimate that evening by email the price was very fair for the amount of work to be carried out, we arranged a start date. they turned up 8am on start date as agreed all work was carried promptly and professionally all employees where very polite, the work was carried out to the highest standards, I am very pleased I used the services of Ray Winspear Building & Plastering and will definitely would recommend him to friends.
