Just over a week ago I lost my Driving licence in Hartlepool branch during my holiday to the town ,It was found in Pound land in the shop the young lady on the till in the far corner With dark hair could not have helped any more and showed the professionalism of the staff even to the point of refusing a cash reward from myself . Well done to the training staff and the young lady to have left one customer extremely impressed , Could the management please pass on my thanks to the Hartlepool Branch.
I have attempted to phone the manager of the store however the telephone no 01429 222224 does not connect.
