Paid £23 for an order. Placed the order through just eat. It was due to be delivered at 12:55, it was 01:10 and I called and Shearas said it would be 5 minutes at the most for delivery. It's now half an hour later, the takeaway has now closed and refuses to answer the phone, so I have had to call just eat. The person I spoke to from Just Eat was very helpful and spoke the managers. The managers could not care less if I cancelled my £20+ order and completely disregarded it. I am severely let down as this is the third time I have placed an order and paid via Visa before the order was delivered and been charged but no goods delivered. I am considering chasing Shearas and charging them for fraudulent behaviour, as I have been charged and no goods delivered.
Never again will I order from this dreadful place.
