Extremely unhelpful staff, I simply requested a copy of an ex-ray that had been taken by them. I phoned them 4 times and spoke to 3 different people at a cost of over 60 pounds due to the fact I was now abroad. The reason I wanted this was because they were not professional enough to perform a root canal surgery because it was "too close to the end of the root" so I needed this to present to someone for advice.
Childish answers from young girls are not appropriate in these circumstances.
