i would just like to say how bad this company treats it customers, i say this because when i played on a machine i won the jackpot + it repeated, £100 but it failed to pay out. there own staff witnessed this. there engineer spoke to me + he told me head office would be in touch, but of course they did not get in touch. to them, only profit counts. so i warn everyone to stay away from them. for me, i wouldnt even give them 1 star
