Made a appointment turned up for that appointment 10 minutes early , still 40 minutes later I was still sat hadn't been acknowledged ended up walking out , the staff where content in slagging off other hairdressers etc they need to look at the way they run hints before slating others I took my buisness elsewhere namely the salon they slated I'd rather pay out for a decent customer service than be ignored .. I didn't even get an apology I shall not reccomend you to anyone that is for sure , in all my 45 years I've never know such shoddy customer services I would of given a minus .
