Just ordered large garlic cheese n chips it arrived like warm and only a small portion (have ordered large lots of times). Rang up to be told I am wrong and that is a large portion cost me £4.90 I'm still hungry and I was simply told nowt she could do about it by the girl which I told her we won't be ordering again cheek

Paid £23 for an order. Placed the order through just eat. It was due to be delivered at 12:55, it was 01:10 and I called and Shearas said it would be 5 minutes at the most for delivery. It's now half an hour later, the takeaway has now closed and refuses to answer the phone, so I have had to call just eat. The person I spoke to from Just Eat was very helpful and spoke the managers. The managers could not care less if I cancelled my £20+ order and completely disregarded it. I am severely let down as this is the third time I have placed an order and paid via Visa before the order was delivered and been charged but no goods delivered. I am considering chasing Shearas and charging them for fraudulent behaviour, as I have been charged and no goods delivered.
Never again will I order from this dreadful place.

The meat was raw paid three pound for delivery, the salad was yellow. Paid a £10 for a chicken kebab might as well ordered from somewhere if I was paying that and they told me on the phone 6 pound
