I wanted to drop you and your team a huge thanks from all of us - The Readioff's. Your team were a real credit to your business, professional, polite, courteous and extremely tidy. It was great working with them throughout the very long day as they made everything go smoothly.
Can you extend our personal thanks to Phil. Jamie, James, Conner and the 2nd hit team who helped with the garden plants etc...It was a long day and hope the feeding and refreshments helped them along the way....

We used this company to move house. Some of our furniture quite literally ‘fell off the lorry’ because they didn’t secure it properly. It was smashed to pieces because of the fall. Other furniture was scraped and damaged due to being poorly stacked and handled. Some of our belongings have never been delivered including the drawer from under one of our beds. Over 1 year later and they refuse to provide any compensation or even say sorry. After ignoring us via phone and letter we went to the office a and they locked themselves in and refused to speak to us. I regret using this company and hope that others avoid them too. Disgraceful.

If you want quality packing, on time and without damage do your self a favour and hire a professional outfit. Don't expect any frills and certainly don't expect any customer service or problem resolution on your damaged goods.

The lads turned up and loaded the van very quickly. I was pleased with the way things were going until the van broke down half way to Scotland. They eventually arrived 12 hours later and we had our furniture in the house by 22:30 that night. After unpacking we noticed that a draw from our TV unit was missing and despite several emails and telephone conversations we have continuously been fobbed off. Don't know where to go from here, other than pay a couple of hundred quid for a new unit.
Overall, good service but AWFUL aftercare/problem resolution.

A really nice friendly and professional company. They helped me relocate my entire life to Hartlepool and they were excellant. The guys were brilliant and looked like they enjoyed their jobs. Will definitely use these guys again and goes without saying I would recommend them to anyone.
